Bevel the borders of the denture flange and polish the intaglio surface—including the beveled area—using the brown polishing wheel.
Thoroughly clean denture using a soft-bristled brush with alcohol or nonabrasive cleanser, ensure it's completely dry, free of debris, adhesives and old liner.
Apply the adhesive primer evenly to all denture intaglio surfaces using an applicator swab. Allow the first coat to air-dry for approximately 5 minutes, then apply a second coat and allow another 5 minutes of drying time before proceeding with the soft-liner application.
Dispense an even, uniform layer of soft-reline material across the prepared intaglio surface—using an auto-mix cartridge with a wide-mouth tip—then seat the denture immediately. Allow it to set intraorally for approximately 5 minutes before removing and trimming excess material.
Trim excess denture material with a curved knife or finishing stone for a precise fit. Seat the denture and guide the patient through lip and tongue movements to adapt it. Ensure proper occlusion by aligning the denture with the opposing arch, holding it firmly to prevent misalignment.
A silicone-based reline material designed to enhance the fit and performance of both removable and fixed full or partial dentures. It offers exceptional bonding and tear strength, making it ideal for use with 3D-printed polymer bases, PMMA milled, and traditional acrylic materials.
Formulated to enhance the bond between Rodin Soft Reline material and denture bases, ensuring a secure and long-lasting adhesion. Designed for use with vinyl polysiloxane (VPS)-based reline materials, this primer optimizes surface compatibility, promoting superior retention and durability.
Wide mouth mixing tips designed for efficient and consistent dispensing of 1:1 ratio materials.
The Brown Polishing Wheel gently smooths Rodin Soft Reline materials, enhancing texture and fit without excessive abrasion. Its durable, non-loading design ensures consistent, professional results for lasting patient comfort.
The Tapered Cone Finishing Stone refines and smooths Rodin® Soft Reline material with precision. Its tapered shape enables accurate contouring and blending for a natural fit, delivering polished results with ease.
This primer enhances the bond between Rodin Soft Reline material and denture bases, ensuring strong, long-lasting adhesion. Ideal for vinyl polysiloxane (VPS)-based reline materials, it improves surface compatibility for superior retention and durability.
Bevel the borders of the denture flange.
Use the brown polishing wheel, polish the intaglio surfaces including the beveled area where VPS Adhesive Primer will be applied.
Thoroughly clean the treated surface, removing all residual debris using compressed air.
Apply 1st coat of VPS Adhesive Primer to the denture lining area, and then allow to dry for 5 min.
Apply a 2nd coat VPS Adhesive Primer to the denture lining area, and then allow to dry for 5 min.
Apply VPS Reline evenly to all treated surfaces where VPS Adhesive Primer was used. Immediately place the reline in the patient's mouth within 90 seconds of dispensing.
After intraoral setting (5+mins.), remove the denture from mouth and carefully trim excess material with sharp scalpel.
Use Coarse point to smooth the surface and adjust the shape, as needed.
Use the Polishing Wheel to finish the beveled area.
Expose the acrylic surface by cutting the Soft Reliner 2-5 mm in width and 10-20 mm in length with a scalpel.
Soak applicator with VPS Release liquid.
Dampen the open area using soaked applicator and allow it to sit for 5-10 seconds.
Remove the old silicone reline material by pulling away. Apply more VPS Release as needed.
